• Where the work is located (area, city, ZIP code) and, if you ask about pickup & delivery, the address
• Your project description, any vehicle or boat details, and the photos you upload

How we use it

• To review your request and route it to an approved vendor
• To contact you about your request
• To keep records of requests, vendor responses and communications
• To protect the site and our forms from spam and abuse

Sharing with approved vendors

UpholsteryLink routes requests to approved vendors. With your agreement on the request form, we share your request, photos and contact details with the approved vendor (or vendors) offered your job so they can review and quote it. Vendors may contact you directly about your request.

We also use service providers to run the site — for example website hosting, data storage, email delivery and bot protection. They may process your information only to provide those services. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep request information for as long as needed to handle the request and maintain business records, then delete or de-identify it.
