Exam & Treatment Table Upholstery

An exam or treatment table top is cleaned between every patient and loaded the same way all day, so the vinyl cracks and the padding flattens long before the frame wears out. UpholsteryLink handles exam table and treatment table upholstery — new tops, padding and healthcare-grade vinyl — and coordinates it around your schedule so rooms stay in use.

Tables we handle

  • Exam tables

Back and seat sections, step pads and pillows on standard exam tables.

  • Treatment and procedure tables

Single- and multi-section tops on treatment and procedure tables.

  • Therapy and rehabilitation tables

Physical therapy, rehabilitation and chiropractic table tops, where the table design allows.

  • Massage and specialty tables

Padded tops on massage and specialty treatment tables.

What the work includes

Covering

  • New healthcare vinyl
  • Seams placed away from wear points
  • Color matched across rooms where possible

Padding

  • Flattened padding replaced
  • Firmness kept consistent between sections
  • Base boards checked when tops are off

Scheduling

  • Tops removed and returned, or work on-site where possible
  • Rooms done in phases
  • Several locations in one request

Materials and cleaning

Healthcare tables are wiped down constantly, and the cleaners your facility uses affect how long vinyl lasts.

  • Cleanable healthcare vinyl

Vinyls made for healthcare settings and frequent disinfection are standard for table tops.

  • Tell us your cleaning products

If your infection-prevention team specifies cleaners or material requirements, include them; materials are confirmed against them in the quote.

  • No unsupported claims

UpholsteryLink does not certify regulatory compliance; your facility’s own specifications decide what is acceptable.

Exam table questions

Can the tops be redone without replacing the table?
Usually, yes. Most exam and treatment table tops come off the frame, and new padding and vinyl go on the existing boards.
Can you do several rooms or clinics?
Yes. One request can cover tables across rooms and locations, and the work can be phased so rooms stay available.
Do you also do the chairs?
Yes — waiting-room chairs, treatment chairs and recliners are handled too, in the same request if you like.
