Office Furniture & Office Chair Upholstery

Good office chairs and conference seating often outlast their fabric. Reupholstering them keeps furniture the business already owns in service and gives a whole floor a consistent look. UpholsteryLink handles office furniture upholstery — task chairs, conference seating and workplace furniture — from a few chairs to an entire building.

Office furniture we handle

Chairs

  • Task and desk chairs
  • Conference and boardroom chairs
  • Guest and side chairs
  • Training-room seating

What the work includes

  • Office chair reupholstery

New fabric or vinyl on seats and backs, and new foam where it has flattened.

  • Repair

Torn seats or split seams fixed without redoing the whole chair.

  • Matching a standard

One fabric across floors or offices, matched to your brand or design standard where possible.

Volume and scheduling

  • Chairs in batches

Chairs picked up and returned in groups so people always have a seat.

  • After-hours work

Say when the office is quiet; work is planned around it where possible.

  • Multi-location

One request can cover several offices, coordinated as one project.

Office seating questions

Is it worth reupholstering office chairs?
When the frames and mechanisms are good, often yes. The review will say if a chair isn’t worth the work.
Can you match our existing fabric?
Include a close-up and any label; matching is confirmed in the quote.
Do you repair chair mechanisms?
The work covers upholstery, foam and covers. Mention mechanical problems in the request so they’re considered during review.
