Lobby & Reception Seating Upholstery

The lobby is the first room visitors see, and its seating is used by everyone who waits. UpholsteryLink handles lobby seating upholstery and reception seating — sofas, lounge chairs, waiting-area seating and commercial benches — for offices, facilities and public buildings.

A new color or material across the whole lobby, coordinated with your design.

Lobby seating questions

Can built-in lobby seating be done?
Usually, yes — on-site or by removing cushions and panels. Photos show which applies.
Can the lobby stay open?
Pieces can be done in groups, or after hours where possible. Say how the space is used.
Healthcare waiting room?
Medical waiting rooms have their own page, with healthcare vinyl and cleaning considerations.

What to send

  1. A photo of the whole lobby or waiting area.

  2. A photo of each type of piece, plus close-ups of wear.

  3. Roughly how many of each, and which are built in.

  4. When the space is quiet, and any design standard to match.
