Custom Medical Cart Covers

Off-the-shelf covers rarely fit the carts a facility actually uses, and a loose cover snags, drags and gets left off. UpholsteryLink handles custom medical cart covers made to the dimensions of your carts — supply, equipment, procedure and crash carts — with openings and closures where your staff need them.

Covers we handle

  • Supply and equipment carts

Full or partial covers for carts that move between rooms.

  • Procedure and crash carts

Covers with access where staff need it, made around the cart’s shape and fittings.

  • Isolation and specialty carts

Covers for specialty carts, after review of the cart and how it is used.

  • Replacement sets

Matching covers for a fleet of the same cart.

What to send

  1. Photos of the cart from the front, sides and top.

  2. Height, width and depth, if you have them (confirmed before anything is made).

  3. Where you need openings, flaps or closures, and how staff use the cart.

  4. How many carts of each type.

  5. Any material requirements your facility has.

Materials

  • Cleanable materials

Materials suited to frequent wiping are typical; the material is confirmed against your requirements in the quote.

  • No unsupported claims

UpholsteryLink does not certify compliance; your facility’s specifications decide what is acceptable.

Cart cover questions

Can you make covers for one cart?
Yes, though most requests cover several carts of the same model; say how many you need.
Do you need the cart?
Measurements and photos are usually enough to start; whether a cart needs to be seen is decided during review.
Do you cover golf carts too?
Golf cart seats are a separate service — see Golf Cart Upholstery.
